The before shot... OK, not quite. She is a big fan of Abby on NCIS so today she got her hair cut. She added bangs but wasn't brave enough to take off the 6 or so inches needed to get it as short as Abbys.
I like the bangs! And I cry every time I get my hair cut so I totally understand not cutting it off plus 6 inches is a lot of HAIR! And and and ( a lot of and's I know) I like the pigtails.
