and we are covered with pine needles. However, thankfully I have a little guy who loves cold weather (just like his mom!). Jarod went out front and started to rake up our pine needles. We were interrupted when a car stopped and asked about our house. You see, we are one of the crazy people trying to sell a house in this dead market. We have been on the market for over a year. We have decided to stay but are just waiting out our contract. Now it appears we have a showing tomorrow, maybe, they don't have appointment yet. Doesn't matter, we don't see it selling in this market. So, don't worry Sarah it looks like you will be going to FALA (The high school of her choice, it is an art school) after all.
